We’re getting hands-on with Native American foods by making a special tea, an Oneida bread, and some ‘Bear Grease’ (butter) all from scratch before getting to share and eat it!
This workshop will be an in-depth exploration into the food lives of some of the Native peoples of Wisconsin while building confidence in the kitchen.
Pre-registration required, $5 fee. Three hour-long sessions will be held, at 10:30, 12:30 and 2:30.
